Imam Mirza Junaid Beg (AKA Sh Junaid) is a student of Islamic knowledge with over two decades of formal study. He studied in Egypt for ten years, including at Al-Azhar University, where he pursued traditional Islamic sciences, and he has completed the ḥifẓ of the Qur’an. Alongside his traditional training, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Harvard University in Middle Eastern Studies, while continuing advanced studies in iftāʾ (Islamic legal reasoning).

Sheikh Junaid’s teaching style blends classical scholarship with contemporary relevance, focusing on deep Qur’anic reflection, hadith analysis, and practical spiritual growth. He is particularly known for long-form lectures, detailed tafsīr sessions, and khutbahs that emphasize accountability, sincerity, and connecting timeless Islamic principles to modern challenges.

He regularly delivers Jumuʿah khutbahs, lectures, and seminars, and is actively involved in community education, youth development, and guided spiritual programs, including Umrah trips and intensive learning retreats.
